Anyone know what type of anchors the Bismarck has. Just been looking at some metal ones on Cornwall Model Boats. Wondering if there is some I can use instead of the plastic ones they supply. Huh Huh Huh

Found some more at the link below. Looks like they are of the Hall anchor type. Smiley

Looks like the 341.1 Hall Anchor 18mm by graupner is the closest I have found so far in metal anchors to what they supply in plastic for the large anchors.

The supplied plastic anchors are:-
Large ones are 18mm long by 17mm wide.
Small ones are 14mm long by 9mm wide.

Think some are brass and some are some other sort of metal, ones with the magazine are plastic.

Just bought an anchor chain for the Bismarck as what they supply is a joke, it looks nothing like what it should be. Borrowed the photo from the UK Bismarck site.

It's the first one on the list.
Ref: K65401

3.1 x 1.9mm Brass Stud-Link Chain 1 mtr

The top chain is what I bought and the bottom chain is what your get supplied with, would be ok for jewelry but not an anchor chain. Smiley

Anchor Chain post on the UK Bismarck site.
