Decided to do some more painintg, before starting the rigging. The piece of wood sticking up is the support for the bowsprit, as the version of it in the instructions is actually wrong. The offset bowsprit was no longer used at the time of the jolly boat, so I was told by someone from the Canberra Model Shipwrights Society.

The start of the rigging, things are sort of temporary right now at the top of the mast. Will be improved upon soon. Smiley

The K166 in the background is the HMS Snowberry. The large ship with the 2 masts is the Virginia. The boat in front of mine is the Flattie and the 1 astern of that is another Jolly Boat.

The fishing boat is the Mare Nostrum. The hull section is from the the HMS Victory and the cannon  & carronade are from the Napoleonic era.

They are all kits except for possibly the HMS Snowberry which might be a scratch build, (unkown at this time though).
