He's been gone now 70 days, think he's given up on the forum.
Oh well, off to the uk forum which is still going strong.

Don't think our esteemed leader is going to return.

I think I can say with certainty that our leader Noco is NOT returning as he has now been gone 90 days and as I seem to be the only 1 posting things, I would say this forum is dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems a shame, eh?, we've all spent heaps on this model and on this forum, it's almost complete, and yet some are prepaired to give up on it for all sorts of reasons and excuses!! I admit to being 'slack', as I've put heaps of projects to 'the side'....for later??
As far as the Bismarck goes, I will finish it, I just can't access it at the moment due to the extreme mess that is my garage, up in the corner somewhere is my work bench, when I was informed that the 'dividing wall' (to separate the 'play area' and my 'model railway' ...some may say "that's the same thing!") was to be completed during my recent trip to Scotland.
So everything was moved from the middle of the garage into my work area, I'm talking tables, 3 piece suits, more tables, the boards that were my model railway tables, plus heap's of other stuff piled high, I should take a photo for the 'non believers!!'
This 'project'was my 60Th birthday present from my sister, now one year later to the day, "'happy birthday to me!!"", it's worse than ever!!! I did at least post regular on the forum (as we all know), I did progress with my build, now it could be months before it's completed ( a 30 minute job according to the 'builder!!!!), so you could say, I'll not be posting anything on the build, but I won't be out of it, no way, I'll still be following the build with interest on 'other sites' ( and this one to, I'm not deserting the sinking ship!!!!) I'll still add my comments and 'help' if it is required by those of you fellow builders, just because I'm not building, doesn't entirely put me out the game you know!!
Anyway, last words, if the wife """"allows"""", might even get a wee something done on it indoors...cough......Dave
